How To Change Your Merchant Portal Password

  1. Log into the Merchant Portal
  2. In the top right corner of the window, click on the user to access the pulldown menu
  1. Select “Change My Password”.
  1. The “Change Password” modal is presented.
  1. Enter the current and new password. The new password must satisfy the criteria listed in the modal. As the new password is entered, the criteria that are satisfied are marked with a green check mark. Criteria not yet satisfied are marked with a red “x' and the “New Password” is shown as red dots.
  1. When all criteria are satisfied, the dots representing the characters in the new password will change to black. Re-enter the new password in the “Confirm New Password” box. If entered incorrectly a message indicating “Passwords Do Not Match” is displayed. If the re-entered password matches, the “Update Password” button goes blue indicating it is selectable. Click it to update the password
  1. If the new password matches one of the four previously used passwords the error “Cannot reuse any of your last 4 passwords” is displayed. Enter a previously unused password in the “New Password” and “Confirm New Password” fields and select the “Update Password” button.
  1. The “Success!” message is displayed when the password has been successfully updated.
  1. An email similar to the following will be sent from “[email protected]” confirming the password change.
