Managing BigCommerce Orders

Overview

This guide describes the steps to manage orders in your BigCommerce Order Management System.

Bread orders and transactions are reflected in both your BigCommerce OMS and the Bread App Orders List. You have the option to Cancel and Refund Bread transactions from the Orders list. These actions will automatically flow back to Bread and be reflected in your Bread Merchant Portal.

Managing Orders

If you qualify for Auto-Settlement, you can enable Auto Settle Payments within the General settings of the Bread app. This will allow Bread orders to be automatically captured upon authorization. Please confirm with your Success point of contact to see if you qualify for auto-settlement.

Order Range: Configuring Max and Min Order Value to Display Bread

Navigate back to the Bread App and select on General Settings and find the Orders Range. Select the order subtotal that needs to be met for the payment to show.
